Can I come and go from the event?

There is no re-entry into the event if you leave.

Do I have to keep my dog on a leash at all times during the event?

Pets are required to be on a leash at all times. The leash can be no longer than four feet and cannot be retractable.

What if someone brings a dog that is not well-behaved?

Pets owners will be asked to control unruly pets.

Will there be staff to clean up my dog’s waste or should I clean it up myself?

Pet owners are required to clean up after their pets or face ejection from the event.

What am I not allowed to bring with me to the event?

No weapons allowed.

Can I bring my service dog with me into the different zones?

Service dogs are not permitted in the zoo zone.

What form of payment should I bring with me to the tour?

It is preferable to bring cash, but most zones accept credit cards and there is an ATM on site.

Is the event handicap accessible?

Yes, there are handicap-accessible aisles.

Can I get a refund on my tickets if I can no longer go to the event?

There will be no refunds administered.

Will the event still happen if there is bad weather?

Yes, the event will go on rain or shine.

What if my dog gets injured in the lure course or doesn’t get along with another dog?

Pet owners will sign a pet waiver before entering into the lure course.
